How will My Item be Shipped?
Whenever Possible, we will ship via USPS First Class Domestic or International Mail or USPS Priority Mail Domestic or International. Please see item description or Contact us for more information or Special Shipping Requests at 7777roxy@gmail.com. It takes 3-5 days for most merchandise to arrive.

Do You Offer Shipping Insurance?
Yes, USPS Domestic Insurance is available at a cost of $1.75 for most items listed in our store. If International Buyers need items shipped insured We will ship via USPS Priority Mail International with an additional charge of $2.50 to cover insurance cost ($1.75 Canada). Is Package tracking and Shipping confirmation available with my shipping method?
Whenever possible We will use USPS On-Line Postage including free Package Tracking and Shipping Confirmation. These services are included for Most Domestic Shipping Methods. If International Buyers need package tracking and insurance We will ship Priority Mail International with a $2.50 charge to cover insurance. Shipping rates vary according to destination. Are Refunds Available?
Refund Policy: The Buyer has 7 days upon receipt of item in which they may return it for a Full Refund in Unused Condition if not Received as Described. The Buyer pays shipping cost unless otherwise decided. Any problems with your order, contact us at 7777roxy@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

Do You Charge a Handling Fee?
Yes, a small handling fee is included in the calculated shipping charge. This helps us to provide better service to our customer and helps cover gasoline, supplies, electricity, printing ink, etc... The usual handling fee is $1.20 - $1.50 per item and of course less when combination shipping applies to your multiple purchase.
